Anxiety often tops the list as one of the worst symptoms and it’s also one of the most common ones! In this episode, I talk about this troublesome symptom, including why it increases in perimenopause, the emotional and physical symptoms of anxiety, other symptoms which contribute to anxiety, when it goes away, and what you can do to help ease anxiety during perimenopause.
