About

The first episode in a series of conversations with people about their lived experience of menopause.

I chat here with Amantha King , strengths performance coach and a 'menopauser', about her journey through menopause, and in particular, the discovery that she is histamine intolerant.  We learn about the role of histamine in menopause and estrogen dominance and the impact on physical and mental health.

We also discuss how to encourage more male voices to be heard in conversations about menopause and hear about 'male privilege' and the different 'life course' of men and women and how this impacts understanding of menopause.
