About

Being grateful in menopause can be a hard go. Or it can be easy for some. We are all differnt and we all have experienced loss, setbacks, and struggles. Mindful Eating can spill over into other areas of life, and truly increase your life satisfaction. How? With gratefulness.

How are they connected? Gratefulness is part of a Mindful Eating practice. It can create new feelings and pave new pathways in the brain, that increase joy and contentedness beyond food.

Gratefulness is a practice that can change your relationship to food, and your relationship to yourself, in menopause.
