Gezond met Libelle – samen door de menopauze

Bij Libelle vinden wij de gezondheid van vrouwen levensbelangrijk. En we kunnen niet genoeg onze ervaringen en kennis op dat vlak met elkaar delen. Ook als het gaat over de menopauze, waar nog te veel een taboe rond hangt. Want deze levensfase hoort er gewoon bij – voor elke vrouw. Ik ben Birte Govarts, journaliste bij Libelle. Tijdens het voorbereiden van deze podcast, en in de gesprekken die ik erover voerde, werd duidelijk hoeveel onzekerheid en vragen hierover nog leven bij vrouwen. Daarom ging ik op zoek naar antwoorden, bij experts die er veel over weten én die ook vrouw zijn, zoals jij en ik. We praten er openlijk over, delen ervaringen en reiken inzichten aan – zowel op fysiek als mentaal vlak – om deze overgangsfase beter te begrijpen en te omarmen.
