About
Menstrual cycle changes are often the first sign of perimenopause. While some women may be lucky enough to still get regular periods right up until they stop for good, for many they will experience some type of change.
This week on my podcast, I talk about what you can expect when it comes to your periods during perimenopause, including normal changes and what is considered not normal.
