About
I spoke with Linzi Bell — adventurer, speaker, and mental health advocate — just days after she completed the Camino Via Francigena: 1,512 miles in just 66 days.
Fresh off the trail, our conversation became a moment of deep reflection on the healing power of nature, the emotional honesty that long-distance walking invites, and the kind of growth that only arrives when you give yourself space to feel it all.
And what a journey it’s been.
Not only has she walked across Europe — she also became the @fastestknowntime to solo thru-hike the entire coastline of Great Britain.
That’s more than 6,000 miles, or the equivalent of 234 marathons in 298 days!
Linzi’s story isn’t just about miles (though she’s walked thousands).
It’s about resilience, joy, and letting the outdoors meet you exactly where you are.
And her mission? To help people smile through the beautiful benefits of the great outdoors. 🌿
