The Menopause Space is a weekly, discussion-based podcast which provides a toolkit for the community to better understand the issues surrounding perimenopause and menopause.Our goal is to break down the taboos surrounding menopause in Hong Kong, with expert advice and insight from some of the territory’s leading experts on the topic.Through a series of candid and authentic conversations, we open the dialogue on women's wellness, from nutrition and exercise, to HRT, sex and intimacy and closing the menopause gap in Hong Kong.The Menopause Space is a community for women to lead a confident, healthy and strong midlife, and for those around them to learn best-practice in providing support during this transition.
