Teri Dee spent over twenty years in corporate banking. Zimbabwean born now London based Teri is now a menopause champion, speaker, and founder of Fork & Fine, dedicated to helping professional women navigate menopause without losing momentum in their careers. Working in partnership with the Menopause Experts Group, Teri helps women regain clarity, confidence, and career resilience. With a focus on nutrition, movement, and stress relief, she provides practical strategies for managing brain fog, energy dips, and workplace challenges. Passionate about keeping women in the workforce, Teri believes no woman should have to leave her career due to menopause. She empowers women to advocate for themselves in the workplace—ensuring they get the support, flexibility, and recognition they deserve.
