About
In this episode of Thursday Thoughts, Lucy & I are talking about how personal growth and spiritual concepts often require repeated exposure before they truly land, using ideas like thoughts creating reality, taking responsibility, and moving out of victimhood.
We discuss why saying “yeah, I know” can signal a lack of real practice, and that understanding often arrives when the timing, phrasing, or messenger is right. We aso talk about how you can’t force others to change until they’re ready, and I give some examples of being triggered by feedback that was actually true.
As content creators, Lucy & I talk about how it's normal and useful to repeat the same messages because people need constant reminders to stay on track. We also recommend learning from different podcasts and voices, revisiting episodes for new insights, and focusing on “show, don’t tell,” while having empathy for those people who are not yet receptive.
We sincerely hope you'll find something interesting or helpful in here!
Love,
