About
Welcome to The Menopause Space Podcast, Season 3, the podcast where we explore the journey of menopause with honesty, humor, and heart. I'm Lisa Tarquini, your host, founder of The Menopause Space and What The Fog* Asia Pacific's Premier Menopause Event.
Each week, we'll dive deep into the experiences, challenges, and triumphs of menopause, featuring expert insights, personal stories, and practical tips to empower you on this transformative journey.
Together, we’ll explore the physical, emotional, and social aspects of menopause, breaking down the stigma and fostering a community of support.
Whether you're navigating symptoms, seeking support, or simply curious about what to expect, this is the space for you. Join us as we break the silence, share knowledge, and celebrate the strength of women everywhere.
I have a small favour to ask…To help us on our mission of supporting women through menopause, don’t forget to like and subscribe to The Menopause Space Podcast. Your support helps us reach more women who may be seeking information and community during this important phase of life.
Also, share this podcast with friends, family, or anyone who could benefit from our discussions. Together, we can break the silence and empower each other.
So, grab a cup of tea, get comfortable, and let's talk about menopause!
There are so many intersectionalities with menopause. Today I am talking to the beautiful Noelle Sinclair, who has a company called Diverse Minds. Noelle talks very frankly with us about her diagnosis with ASD, and her diagnosis with ADHD, and how menopause and perimenopause in particular impacted this.
If you are managing neurodiversity like ASD and ADHD, this conversation is so important because our hormones play an integral role and can be impacted dramatically during the menopause transition.
Noel holds space a few times per week for free conversations regarding neurodiversity; what you're going through, to maybe ask questions and to be signposted to the right people to possibly get a diagnosis or to manage the solutions.
Please reach out to Noelle or share with somebody who you feel may need this.
