Victoria's transformation with Katalyst Fitness and Nutrition is nothing short of amazing! Years of restrictive diets, culminating in the past 3 years of extreme intermittent fasting and a strict keto diet, and working out 5-6 days a week with minimal results, she decided enough was enough.
