Why isn’t your body changing?
Here’s 6 reasons why, in spite of you cutting calories and increasing cardio, your body still looks the same.
The body will adapt, if you’re no longer losing weight in a deficit, it’s because your body has adapted to those lower calories. Spend some time at maintenance to reset your metabolism, if you don’t, you will stay stuck here.
Scale fluctuations in women are normal, Scale weight is just data that can be useful but if you don’t look at it like that, it can be a mind 🤯
Focusing on how many calories you are burning rather than focusing on getting a kick ass weight sesh in to improve your muscle tone is exactly why your body isn’t changing.
When things aren’t changing right away you give up or you get inconsistent with your diet, your workouts and your sleep. Changing your body takes time and a system to keep you consistent.
