In today's episode I talk to Ewan Qian, a menopause advocate and consultant at EY, across Asia Pacific. Ewan tells us about his menopause leadership certification and how he uses it in Beijing, China, to explore the topic of menopause and encourage people of all genders and all generations to join the sessions. He talks about his personal experience with his mum and how she navigated menopause at work and how this has spurred him on to open up the conversation within EY.

As a menopause advocate at EY, Ewan is determined to promote gender equality and create an inclusive working environment for everyone. He is a true ally in the menopause space and we are truly grateful for all the work he does.
