Today we are talking about biofeedback - those little hints from your mind, body and soul that tell you if everything is going along swimmingly, or that something's going wrong.
Biofeedback is an easy, free way to gauge your body's response to the environment: what you put in it (food, thoughts, etc), what you put on it (clothes, lotions & potions, skincare), and how you talk to it and about it (loving, kind, grateful words or hateful, judgmental and accusatory words). Biofeedback is self-awareness and the first step in healing.
Cam and Amelia talk about this kind of thing ALL the time, but in this episode, we get down to the nitty-gritty. We talk about cues such as hunger, energy, mood, sex drive and cravings.
