It is possible to transform your body and lose a significant amount of inches without giving up the foods you love, including cheese. This is what Keri did using the Menopot Meltdown Method at Katalyst Fitness and Nutrition. She used a combination of regular physical activity, healthy eating habits, and consistent effort.
Here are some key concepts that we used:
Incorporated physical activity into her daily routine: This included maintaining a step goal with an emphasis on strength training 3x a week.
Eating a balanced diet: Fruits, vegetables, carbs, plenty of protein, and healthy fats. It is okay to include foods, such as cheese, pasta, even chocolate as part of a balanced diet.
By following these tips and being consistent with her efforts she has transformed her body and lost 27 inches so far, while enjoying the foods she loved.
