Most women trying to lose weight want a toned body, however, Most women who are trying to lose weight focus on hitting a lower number on the scale rather than gaining muscle.
Body recomposition is weight loss that emphasizes losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time.
Recomposition means “to form something again or in a different way,”
Your Body composition is the amount of fat and fat-free mass (muscle, bone and water) your body contains.
We can alter you body composition favorably to get the look that you want. Decreasing the lumps and bumps and getting Toned and shapely with all the curves in the right places. It’s not just a diet, it’s a lifestyle of fitness and nutrition that lead to healthy changes in your body’s ratio of fat to muscle.
