A bitesize podcast. Anita is fed up with the media over glamourising Menopause. The media needs to stop focusing on celebrities who are part of the dialogue because they are women. We need realism, and images used to reflect real everyday women, women of different classes, colours, sizes etc. Every day women are working hard to include menopause as part of everyday living for everyone and all you seem to see is affluence and glamorous women. STOP IT, you are making the conversation around menopause elitist.
