Jennifer's story.

Jennifer struggled with infertility and now struggles with Menopause. Little to no advice was offered to her, doctors told her nothing, and her mother never spoke to her about her struggles or offered Jennifer guidance. Years on, she realised that Infertility and Menopause problems were inherited. Jennifer explores her diet and physical activity changes, the struggles of work, giving up rum and the need for the black community to take Menopause serious and talk.
