About

Stress levels during menopause can very easily hit the roof. We can find ourselves not knowing what to do next and which way to turn. One of the biggest problems when it comes to our health during menopause is losing sight of our boundaries. The problem with that is this - when we lose sight of our boundaries we have no stop button. It's like we are on a treadmill and cannot get off. So, what happens then? Well, we can very easily find ourselves pushing physically and emotionally further and further, believing that everyone around us expects us to work harder and faster than our younger female and/or male work colleagues. Or perhaps the stress levels are happening in our personal lives. How do we fix this? You're invited to follow Tess on Menopause on Instagram and access her daily cartoon to learn some useful tips on managing stress and managing menopause. Stress is an important topic as it affects every aspect of our lives during menopause. Once balance is restored though, life becomes doable again.
